The name Global AMP is given with the meaning that a true Marketing leader must possess both professional competence or Authentic Marketing and leadership competence or Authentic Partner.
We have an annual Future Leader program for elite students and a Global AMP program in recruitment and personnel development, where in addition to expertise in Authentic Marketing, we also value self-leadership ability, or what we call Authentic Partnership.
Global AMP – 2017
The Global AMP Recruitment and Training Program is a passionate initiative jointly developed by IMAS Marketing Partner and ProSelf Angel—a pioneering organization in entrepreneurial mindset training. This program is dedicated to empowering ambitious young talents who aspire to become outstanding leaders in the marketing industry.
Launched in April 2017, the program is designed to identify and nurture high-potential individuals with both the drive and the aptitude for leadership. Selected candidates—our future leaders—will undergo an exclusive training journey, supported by a personalized financial sponsorship package tailored to each participant.
Two Core Competencies
The name Global AMP was coined with the meaning that a true Marketing leader must possess two factors: professional competence or Authentic Marketing and leadership competence or Authentic Partner. During the 2-year journey, Fresh AMPs after the selection round will develop these two core competencies in parallel with the program exclusively designed by IMAS Marketing Partner & ProSelf Angel.
